Ov Sulfur and Mental Cruelty co-headline The Jewel in Manchester, New Hampshire

Se você é fã de blackened deathcore, não vai querer perder este show poderoso. Em 17 de fevereiro, Mental Cruelty iniciará uma turnê de 27 datas com Ov Sulfur. A turnê começará em 7 de fevereiro e irá até 9 de março, fazendo uma parada no Jewel Music Venue em Manchester, New Hampshire, para realizar o maior show como atração principal até agora. Lançado em maio de 2021, ‘A Hill to Die Upon‘ foi o segundo álbum do Mental Cruelty pela Unique Leader, este álbum está repleto de alguns dos blast beats mais agressivos, breakdowns intensos e alguns dos riffs mais pesados na cena. Mesmo quando não achávamos que a banda poderia ficar mais pesada, eles lançaram seu álbum mais recente de 2023, ‘Zwielichtt’, pela Century Media. Embora possamos ver uma mudança distinta no álbum ao adquirir um novo vocalista, este álbum ainda exibe o tom distinto deles e destaca sua energia única.

If you are a blackened deathcore fan, you will not want to miss this heavy hitting show. On February 17, Mental Cruelty will be embarking on a 27-date tour run with Ov Sulfur. The tour will kick off on February 7 and will run till March 9, stopping at the Jewel Music Venue in Manchester, New Hampshire to play their largest headlining show yet. The show will also be joined by post-black metal band, Ghost Bath along with the slamming deathcore band, hailing all the way from Belarus, Extermination Dismemberment. 

Proceeding the announcement of the tour, Mental Cruelty was ecstatic to announce on their social media pages, 

“we are beyond excited to finally show you our latest record ‘Zwielcht’ live, and we can’t fucking wait to see all of you again after 4 years of not touring North America (For those keeping track, that means ‘A Hill to Die Upon’ has yet to bless your stage, too, so expect some of that!” 

Released in May of 2021, ‘A Hill to Die Upon’ was Mental Cruelty’s second album on Unique Leader, this album is filled with some of the most aggressive blast beats, intense breakdowns and some of the heaviest riffs in the scene. Even when we did not think that the band could get any heavier, they dropped their most recent 2023 album ‘Zwielichtt’ on Century Media. Though we can see a distinct change in the album upon acquiring a new vocalist, this album still displays their distinct tone and highlights their unique energy.
