Together with Kublai Khan TX and Paleface Swiss, Suicide Silence will be opening for Lionheart on the first gig of their European tour.
Suicide Silence was established in 2002, and has released seven studio albums and three EPs. The group currently consists of guitarists Chris Garza and Mark Heylmun, bassist Dan Kenny, vocalist Hernan “Eddie” Hermida and drummer Ernie Iniguez.
Suicide Silence is one of the pioneering bands of the deathcore scene. Their music combines influences of genres such as grindcore, groove metal, black metal and mathcore. Fast-paced drums, speed changes, guttural vocals alternating with high-pitched screams, the band settled the foundation of the genre with their first works. After getting more experimental with their self-titled album (2017), their last release Remember… You Must Die (2023) traces back to their original sound, delivering a dark, frenetic and intense record that honours its name. Classic deathcore at its best.
The concert will take place at Huxleys Neue Welt in Berlin.
